  • When will my order be delivered?

    Gatsby's delivers retail orders Monday-Friday only.

    We are CLOSED on Saturdays & Sundays for Weddings & Events.

    We will always attempt to deliver your order on the day you requested. After the first attempt if no one is home, we will leave a delivery notice on their front door and follow up with a call/text. We will re-deliver your order when the recipient calls us back to confirm they are home. You will be notified if your order is postponed to the following business day.

    Online Orders: Only eligible for Next Day Delivery Monday - Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.

    Phone Orders: Eligible for Same Day Delivery if placed before 2pm; pending product availability & existing order volume.

    Delivery Times: Specific Delivery times cannot be granted as there are too many variables that can affect our ability to offer this option. All deliveries are made before 5pm while there's still daylight. For safety purposes, we do not deliver after dark.

    Holiday Factors: During peak holidays such as Christmas, Valentines, and Mother’s Day, deliveries may occur after 5pm and are prioritized by route, not the order in which they were received.

    Doorstepping: We will not doorstep arrangements if the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees. On hot days, we call every recipient to ensure someone will be home before we deliver. Please ensure we have the best phone number to reach your recipient.

    Cancellations: Please ensure your recipient will be home for the delivery date you request. Our POS provider no longer credits transaction fees. If you decide to cancel your order, a 4% transaction fee (pre-tax) will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

  • How long should my flowers last?

    We use a variety of novelty & sturdy flowers to ensure our flower arrangements last 3-5 days overall. Vase life of flowers is dependent on these key categories: Harvest/Distribution, Variety, & Care/Climate.

    Harvest/Distribution: Quality starts at the farm and is passed along to our wholesaler. Majority of the product we receive is fresh & we inspect it thoroughly. However, there is no way for florists to know how old the product is - that information is not available nor mandatory to disclose in this industry. It has been our experience that we see a dip in quality before, during, and after major holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, & Mother’s Day) as both the farms & wholesale suppliers struggle to keep up with rotation and high yields of product.

    Variety: Some flowers will expire after a couple of days: Hydrangea, Peonies, Dahlias, Stock, Snapdragons, etc. while others will champion for nearly a week: Chrysanthemums, Alstroemeria, Carnations, etc. We use a variety of both types to ensure the overall arrangement will last 3-5 days.

    Care/Climate: All arrangements need to be topped off with water upon receipt & on a daily basis. Arizona is a dry/warm climate which affects water levels greatly. Sunny windows and drafty locations will also impact how flowers and plants perform. We provide Care Tags that outline best practices for Floral Arrangements & Plants and highly recommend recipients read them.

    24-Hour Guarantee: Quality issues that arise within 24 hours of delivery are eliglbe for replacement or refund. We must be contacted within 24 hours to reconcile, pending product pick-up. Any quality issues experienced after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund due to care factors that are out of our control. Please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue: (480) 703-0799.

  • Where is the Shipping & Tax for checkout?

    All of our products are hand-delivered to the following areas:

    85259 Scottsdale - Shea Corridor

    Shipping & Tax are calculated during the Checkout process. Fountain Hills, AZ Tax Rate combined with Maricopa’s Tax Rate is: 9.2%

    “Shipping Information”: Please ensure you enter the Recipient’s Information in the “Shipping Information” portion of Checkout. For multiple recipients, you must complete a separate transaction for each individual one at a time.

    ApplePay Customers: Before verifying your “Touch ID” to purchase the item(s), please ensure you change the Shipping Information to the Recipient’s information, and take note of all of the charges included in your payment at that time (a pop-up window breaks down Tax & Delivery).

    Credit Card Customers: Gatsby’s accepts All Major Credit Cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) & Debit Cards.
